The Challenge
The challenge was to create a unified communication platform that could operate seamlessly across different devices and operating systems, providing consistent quality and user experience. Ensuring that both audio and video calls were clear and uninterrupted, regardless of the user’s location or device, was paramount.
The Solution
Leveraging WebRTC technologies, CallHome provides a robust solution for real-time communication. WebRTC enables direct, real-time communication between browsers and devices without the need for intermediary servers when possible, reducing call latency and increasing reliability. This technology supports video, audio, and data transmission, which are essential for a holistic communication platform like CallHome.
